What happens next
MutatedStudios may email you to confirm ownership before deleting or anonymising information. Data that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or transaction records may be retained only for the required period.
Information that helps us locate your data
Use the same email as your website or game support account. For leaderboard data, include the persistent Player ID shown in the game’s settings or support screen.
Solar Rift Guardians local saves
Build 7 Extra Lives are saved on your device, not in your website account. This form cannot remotely erase or restore them. Resetting game progress or clearing app data removes local information but does not delete online leaderboard or website records. Use this form for records held by MutatedStudios.
Google Play transaction records
Purchase verification and transaction records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, refunds, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play rather than stored by this website.
